Today friends are gathering to hold a vigil for “Puppy Doe” a female pitbull who was found abandoned in the woods in Quincy, MA on August 31, 2013. She was savagely tortured, mutilated and starved. Her injuries were so severe that she was euthanized to relieve her pain and suffering.
